Dispute resolution protocols
The National Archives co-operates with the Office of Fair Trading, the Information Commissioner's Office and the Scottish Information Commissioner in providing guidance and handling complaints relating to public sector information.
We have agreed a memorandum of understanding and protocols with these organisations that explain how the arrangements operate.
