To the Chief Constables, Constables of Hundreds, and to all whom it may concern, in the County of Glamorgan.
Whereas Evan Thomas Evan, Thomas Evan the Younger, Thomas Howell, Samuel Griffith, Wm. Evan Rees, Owen Francis, Hopkin William, William Morgan, John David, Wm. Hugh, Wm. John James Howell, and William Rees, Copper-men, in the employ of Messrs. Williams, Grenfell and Co. of the Parish of Lansamlet, in this County, have been convicted for unlawfully COMBINING to RAISE the PRICE OF WAGES, and were severally sentenced to various periods of imprisonment, some of whom have been rescued, and others have absconded, you are hereby required to make diligent search after them, and to lodge them, or either of them, in either of his Majesty's Gaols, and to give Notice of your having done so to Mr. Withecombe, Clerk to the Magistrates at Swansea.
