Deed Poll presents that I, John Ashton of
10/= no. 40 Fallow Court Avenue North
III6 Finchley in the County of Middlesex
heretofore called, known and distinguished by the name of Nishan Mosditchian do by these presents intend to be enrolled in the Chancery Division in His Majesty´s High Court of Justice declare that I have for personal reason renamed discontinued and abandoned and do by these presents renounce discontinue and abandon the name of Nishan Mosditchian and I do by these presents further declare that I have assumed taken and adopted and by these presents do assume take and adopt in place and instead of the name of Nisham Mosditchian the name of John Ashton and that I shall henceforth upon all occasions whatever use and subscribe and be called known and distinguished by the name of John Ashton.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my name and seal on the twenty eighth day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and fourteen.
