And moreover that the same John, Barbara, John, Jerome, Barbara and Susanna and each of them can and have the power to purchase, receive, take, have, hold, buy and possess manors, lands, tenements, rents, reversions and services and other hereditaments whatsoever within our said kingdom of England and our other domains in fee simple or by any other right, state, title or term and to give, sell, alienate and bequeath the same, to whichsoever person or to whichsoever persons who will be pleasing to him, lawfully and without punishment, just as other of our lieges legitimately born within this our kingdom; and also that the same John, Barbara, John, Jerome, Barbara and Susanna and each of them can use and enjoy all and all kinds of liberties, franchises and privileges of this our kingdom freely, quietly and peacefully, as if they were our lieges born within our kingdom of England, without disturbance, impediment, molestation, vexation, challenge or accusation by our heirs or our successors or by any others whomsoever by any statute, act, ordinance or provision to the contrary thereof before this issued, made, ordained or provided, or any other thing, cause or matter whatsoever in anything notwithstanding, provided always that the same John, Barbara, John, Jerome, Barbara and Susanna be held and are obedient to all and singular ordinances, acts and statutes of this our kingdom of England that have been both issued or are to be issued in the future according to the form of the statute in this part issued and provided.
