Georgian Londoners: the making of a modern city
24 April 2014
This talk examines the making of the London identity, how it was shaped through the last years of the 17th century and then consolidated throughout the 18th century as London moved towards Enlightenment.
Lucy Inglis began the blog Georgian London in 2009. In 2013, Penguin published Georgian London: Into The Streets.
