Seamless flow: Projects

The Seamless Flow Programme was divided into a number of projects designed to manage and deliver the individual components of the system. The outputs of the individual projects were co-ordinated by the Programme Manager as part of his Central Programme Development brief. All of the projects had a separate Project Manager and Project Board that reported into the Programme Board.

Project status July 2008

With Project Board approval of End Project Reports, all projects apart from one have been formally closed. The Delivery and Presentation project is continuing into the summer to deliver an enhanced version of Electronic Records Online, our delivery system for electronic records.
