Preservation and maintenance

The preservation and maintenance project was responsible for developing the systems for storing electronic records and the infrastructure to enable their ongoing maintenance. This included provision of a pre-accession capability, a highly secure preservation storage system, and a loading and extracting tool.

Project status July 2008

The project has successfully installed and tested both the Digital Object Store and Record Preparation Store. With completion of all key deliverables, the End Project Report was approved and the project has been closed.
