Delivery and presentation

This project is looking at how we can deliver digital records to our users. It has to look at a range of file types - everything from Word documents to video and virtual reality models. It also has to address a host of different customers, including members of the public accessing the internet at home, visitors to The National Archives, staff and other government departments.

Project status July 2008

The project team is currently developing the next release of ERO, release 3, which will provide an enhanced browse service, access to significantly enriched metadata and stronger back office integration and is scheduled to complete in the summer of 2008.
