We are in receipt of your circular letter of the 24th instant, dealing with the provisions of the Public Order Act, 1936. We wish to inform you quite definitely that we are not a uniformed organisation, but as we are in complete agreement with forbidding of militarised politics and uniformed organisations, so we have taken the step of circularising your letter to all our branches.
