Hand written copy of printed bill for a meeting on 7 November 1816 found at old Watson’s lodgings in Hyde Street.  It was held to call a meeting at Spa Fields on 5 December 1816 (TS 11/200)

At a Meeting held at the Carlisle, Shoreditch
On Thursday Evening the 7th of November, Inst. It was determined to call a
Meeting on 5 December 1816
of the
Distressed Manufacturers
Mariners, Artisans
And others of the
Cities of London Westminster
The Borough of Southwark and
Parts adjacent, in
SPA FIELDS
On Friday 15 Inst. At 12 o’ Clock
To take into consideration the propriety of
Petitioning the Prince Regent and the Legislature
To adopt immediately such means as will relieve the suffers from the misery which now overwhelms them
