Puts guilty. No goods. Hanged
To wit the jurors for our Lord the King upon their oath present that John Palmer otherwise Pawmer
otherwise Richard Turpin late of the castle of York in the County of York Labourer on the First Day of
March in the twelfth year of the Reign of our sovereign Lord George the Second now King of Great Britain
Etc at the parish of Welton in the county aforesaid one Gelding of a black colour of the price of three pounds
Of the goods and chattels of one Thomas Creasy then and there being found did then and there feloniously steal
Take and lead away against the peace of our said Lord the King his Crown and Dignity
