How to handle files

   
 

Always hold the document with both hands.

Ensure you have enough room to work.
Top file taken and other files put to one side.

Check the length of the tag before starting.
File cover opened carefully.

The tag should be long enough so that you can turn the pages when the file is fully open.

The punched hole is particularly vulnerable and easily torn.

When you are finished ensure that the pages are tucked inside the file cover.

Take time to realign the pages to protect valuable information.
