This design of the Bolshoi Theatre in St Petersburg was almost certainly made for the Russian market. The DW letters in the accompanying factory mark/backstamp would normally indicate the manufacturer or retailer - see design 229013 for another Russian design, in which the initials in the mark/backstamp definitely refer to a Russian retailer.
