Exchange in Triplicate dated The 22nd
of Dec[embe]r 1815 in fav[ou]r of Thomas Scotland
Esq[ui]r[e] Acting Collector at The Port of St Johns
Antigua for The Sum of £2376-9-8½ Stg
being for The care, subsistence and
medical attendance of five hundred
and twelve African Negroes. Captured
on board The French ship La Belle
by His Majestys Brigs Barbadoes
and Columbine & condemned
in The Vice Admiralty Court of That
Island.
