Venue hire

The National Archives is situated in Kew, South-West London. Our conference suite is made up of two meeting rooms, a training suite and a dedicated computer training room. You can hire all these rooms for daytime use.

Included in the price is the use of AV equipment, a powerpoint projector and a flipchart with pens. There is also a kitchen for preparing cold food and a cloakroom area.

Conference room A

Capacity: 100 theatre / 40 boardroom

Fee: £75 per hour (excluding VAT)

Conference room B

Capacity: 40 theatre / 20 boardroom

Fee: £40 per hour (excluding VAT)

Training room

Capacity: 50 theatre / 30 boardroom

Fee: £50 per hour (excluding VAT)
