Reprographic services
If you'd like a copy of any of our documents, for research purposes, you can use the record copying order form to request an estimate but if you want your own documents to be copied, on paper, microform or digital formats, we can offer a variety of charged services using state of the art equipment.
Our staff are trained in handling documents which may be fragile or in various formats and sizes and in getting the best possible copy from them. For small orders, we can carry out on the spot copying, providing you make advance arrangements. For larger orders, we can provide a secure and monitored environment to keep documents in while we are copying them. Please see our terms and conditions:

Digital images: our A0 flatbed scanner allows for documents to be scanned at high resolution. Its 3D function enables the scanning of objects such as seals. Three newly acquired A1 flatbed scanners complete our large format scanning equipment range. Images can be delivered electronically or as prints and facsimiles. We are also acquiring two new flatbed scanners.
Film: all microfilm is produced to a quality exceeding British Standards, ready for digitisation and 100% quality checked.
