Achieving Together Champions board

Each department in The National Archives has an Achieving Together (former Investors in People) Champion who assists the Achieving Together (Investors in People) Programme Manager. The Champions usually meet on a monthly basis and the meeting is chaired by the Chief Executive.

The remit of the group extends beyond ensuring the Investors in People Standard is met, to include all activities aimed at making The National Archives a better place to work. These activities might include:

Learning and Development for staff
Performance Management
Internal Communications
The Staff Survey
Reward and Recognition

This list is by no means exhaustive. Any member of staff can suggest a topic to their departmental Champion who will feedback to the Board for discussion.
