Freedom of Information statistics
In 2012-13, we responded to 98.3% of Freedom of Information, Data Protection and Environmental Information Regulation requests within the regulatory timescales.
On average The National Archives receives around 10% of all Freedom of Information requests made to over 40 monitored government bodies. This is the second highest number received by any monitored government organisation.
