Charter of Feoffment Robert de Wotton, citizen of Exeter to Laurence Coterel, baker Two tenements in the city of Exeter, in the street called Prustestret, between the tenement formerly of William Hog' on the east and the tenement now belonging to Roger de Lyw on the west, in its breadth, and extending in length from Prustestret on the north to the street called Carterstret on the south. To hold to said Laurence, his heirs and assigns, by hereditary right, for ever. Rent: 1d, to be paid to Robert de Wotton, 5/- to the chapel of St. Mary 'de capite' which is in the church of St. Peter in Exeter, and 10d to the lord Bishop of Exeter. Clause of warranty. Consideration: £10. Witnesses: Roger Beyryn, mayor, Walter Langeden', William Karswille, Robert Nyweton', Henry Tricot, stewards, Walter Tauntefer', Roger de Lyw, Robert Belecher', Thomas Tettaburne.
