All her land in Icam Ydwyt', in Cornwall, together with the homages, services, rents, belonging to the said land from all the free tenants there; together with all the service of Henry de Esshe and of all other free tenants of the land of Ministre in Cornwall belonging to her. To hold to Hugh and his heirs, of the chief lords of the fee, for ever; with all appurtenances, liberties and easements belonging to the said land.
