Transfer of Mortgage for £200

(2) John Pine late of East Down, esq.

(3) John Chichester of Arlington, esq.

Dwelling-house, with the entry as far as the hanging of the back-door of another dwelling-house; with the malting-office, lime-kiln, a large red herring-house heretofore decayed but now rebuilt and converted into one or more dwelling-house or houses, with the red and white herring houses; bounded by the town street, the water running from the town mills, and lands belonging to others.

Recites Lease for 2,000 years by way of Mortgage for £200, dated 30 September 1764; and transfer of Mortgage, by Lease and Release, dated 6,7 March 1780, in trust for sale to discharge said mortgage sum. Present conveyance is on the same trusts as said Release.
