3 messuages called Cannecote, Grobbesha and Newton Tracye, parcel of customary lands of manor of Fremington; also messuages called West and East Northepill, and three fishings and wears called Heston Weare and Yollaporte Weares, all being parcel of said manor. Also a messuage called Cannecote otherwise Westcannecot, parcel of the customary lands of said manor; and Fremington Pill, with fishings, wears, and other appurtenances belonging.

 

Recites indentures of Bargain and Sale, dated 16 April 1566, and 4 May 1568, by which above premises were conveyed to Sir John Chechester, kt., dec'd; present agreement intended to assure premises to Robert, son and heir of said Sir John, in consideration for £100.
