Agreement (1) John Rowe of Kingston, esq. (2) Peter Bogan of Totnes, clerk Parties agree that Rowe may take away the wall of of his tenement in Totnes, and fix the timber of said tenement on the wall of Bogan's adjoining; and that an 'angle' or 'drange' between the two tenements shall belong to Rowe, as also the said timber; and that Rowe may fix a trough or gutter of lead between the said houses, for carrying away the water falling on the houses, over the said 'angle' or 'drange'. Rowe to pay two thirds of the costs and Bogan one third. Rent: to be paid by Rowe, 1d. |
