Date: Kynyshaunton, Saturday before the feast of St. Peter, 39 Henry VI.

39 Henry VI extends only from 1 September 1460 - 4 March 1461. There are 3 feasts of St. Peter - Petrus ad Vincula, 1 August, Petrus in cathedra in Antiochia, 22 February, and Petrus Mediolanus, 29 April; if the regnal year is correct the second must be the one meant, and the date would then be 21 February 1461. But it is possible that a mistake has been made, either in the name of the saint, or else in the regnal year.

Date: 1460 or 1461 [?]
