Alice, wife of Adam Crocker, daughter and heiress of Henry Donnyng

 

To provide food and drink for her, during her life, provided she serves them faithfully. And if she cannot serve them, she is to have from them a portion of good barley every week, except for the weeks of Easter, Pentecost and Christmas, when she is to have a portion of good wheat. And Thomas and Alice are to give her every year 5 ells of white woollen cloth and 5d for dyeing it, and 1 pair of shoes costing 4d, and 1 veil costing 3d
