An annual rent of 10s 6d, to be paid in equal portions at the 4 principal terms of the year, for the term of the lives of the grantees, from all his lands and tenements in Overelockesor', giving to the grantees power to enter on the lands and distrain on his goods, if rent not forthcoming

Date: Overelockesor', Tuesday next before the feast of the Nativity of the Lord, in the 22nd year of the reign of King Edward III [23rd December, 1348]

 

The above grant confirmed by John de Lockesor', and the annual rent of 10s 6d warranted by him to Richard and John Beamound
