Messuage in Overelockesor', and land adjacent in the parish of Overelockesore, which he had of the gift of the said John, his brother, to have and to hold, with the rents and services of Robert Salvyn [and of others, whose names are given], to the said John and Agnes for the terms of their lives, of the chief lords of the fee; and after their death, the aforesaid messuage and land to go to their son, John de Lockesore, and his heirs for ever; and if he dies without heirs, to his brother Baldwin, and his heirs; and if Baldwin dies without heirs, similarly to his brothers Thomas, William, Simon and Richard
