All his claim in the wood of Overelokkeshore, called Wytemorwode, with all the land and wood within a new ditch of the said Thomas' made round the said wood; together with a particata [perch?] of land outside the said ditch. To have and to hold to the aforesaid Thomas, his heirs and assigns for ever
