Manors of Georgeham and Churchehill; also 24 messuages, 6 cottages, 1 watermill, 22 gardens, 40 orchards, 600 acres of land, 40 acres of meadow, 200 acres of pasture, 2 acres of wood, 200 acres of furze and heath, and 50/- rent, in Georgeham alias Ham St. George; Churchehill, Viveham, Okewill, Ayshelforde and East Down; Lobbe, Braunton; and the advowson of the church of Georgeham. Said lands had been recovered by John Charles and John Pine, from John Chichester, before the Queen's Justices.
