Counterpart of Lease (indented) John Bury of Colaton, John Ackelond, esqs., John Belamey, clerk, Thomas Colamore, clerk, John Sheptoure alias Butler, and John Kayle To Alexander Nethercote and Agnes his wife Messuage in [Churchehyll], held by Richard Nethercote and Amisia his wife for term of their lives, of the lease of Hugh Yeo of Braunton, esq., 2 November, 1527, reversion thereof being to lessors in this present indenture to the use of said Hugh Yeo. Lease of said premises, in reversion, now granted to said Alexander and Agnes, for term of their lives. Rent: 20/-, to lessors to the use of Hugh Yeo; and 10/-, to the chief lords of the fee.
