James Walter, Peter Skampe, Walter Langley, Thomas Flynger, John Merke, Peter Bude and Robert Kuyll

 

A messuage, 100 acres of land, 6 acres of meadow, 100 acres of pasture, 20 acres of wood and 100 acres of furze and heath, in Churchehyll, which Hugh Yeo claimed in the King's Court, by writ of right, against Richard Nethercote and Amisia his wife, and David Courteis and Joan his wife. The said lands to be taken into the king's hand, the sheriff to be informed of the execution of this, at Exeter on Friday next after the feast of the conversion of St. Paul, and the said Richard, Amisia, David and Joan to be summoned before the king's justices in Hilary Term.

 

Seal: In document it says "Given under the seal of my office". The seal is broken, black, round, seems to represent some bird; on parchment tongue.
