Condition of the obligation: observance by said Peter Colamore and Isabella his wife of the award of John Gyffard, William Whytefeld, John Orchard and William Merewod', arbitrators appointed by said Peter and Isabella, and said Peter Buggeford and William his son, concerning the title to lands in Cherchehille whence assize of novel disseisin is now pending before the Justices of Assize in Devon; and if the arbitrators cannot agree, then the said Peter and Isabella shall observe the award of one [impartial person? 'impis'] to be chosen by the said arbitrators.
