All the lands and tenements, rents and services and reversions in Parva Stoklegh', Sutton' Sachevill' and Forde, in Chyriton' Fitzpayn, and at Waye in Crywes Morchard', which descended to her after the death of William' Forde and Christine his wife; to hold, of the chief lords of the fee, for ever

Witnesses: William Hydon', Roger Douryssh', John Gylle, Thomas Bysshop, Henry Whytyng'

 

Date: Wydeworthy, on the feast of St. John at the Lateran Gate, in the 12th year of King Henry IV

 

The above feoffment made on condition that the said Thomas, John and Robert will re-enfeoff the said Christine with all the said lands, to hold for the term of her life; and after her death the lands to go to John Wotton, for the term of his life; and after his death, to his son William, and the heirs of his body; and if the said William dies without such heirs, then the lands to go to Alice, daughter of John Wotton; and if she dies without heirs of her body, then the lands to go to the right heirs of the aforesaid William, for ever
