Lands and tenements, rents, services and reversions, in Cheryton' Fitzpayn and Crewes Morchard', which descended to her after the death of William Forde and Christine his wife, to hold for ever, of the chief lords of the fee Clause of warranty

 

Witnesses: William Hydon', Roger Dourysshe, John Gylle, Thomas Bysshop', Henry Whityng'

 

Date: Wydeworthy, at the feast of St. John at the Lateran Gate, in the 12th year of the reign of King Henry IV

 

The above feoffment made on condition that the said Thomas, John and Robert will re-enfeoff the said Christine, with all the aforesaid lands, to hold for her life; and after her death, the lands to go to John Wotton', for the term of his life; and after his death, to William, his son, and the legitimate heirs of his body; and if he dies without such heirs, the land to go to Alice, daughter of John Wotton', and the legitimate heirs of her body; and if she dies without such heirs, the lands to go to the right heirs of the aforesaid William, for ever
