John Rowe and Agnes his wife, daughter of said William

 

Wood called Remmys Wode (c.2a.) lying between said William's wood of Kynnyston on the east, and Antony Worth's wood called Bevyle ys Wode on the west, and said William's close called Bowode on the south and the river called Hemmys on the north. To hold to John and Agnes and the heirs of the body of Agnes, for ever. And if she dies without heirs, the wood to go to Margaret Barnhows, daughter of said William, and the heirs of her body; and failing this, the wood to return to said William and his heirs for ever.
