Messuages, lands, etc. in Kyngston, Sperkewyll, Beare - [all in Staverton], Newton Abbot, Kyngysbrygge, Doddebroke, Plymmouth and Lodiswill, which the said Andrew and John, together with Thomas Hext now dec'd, had of the gift of Thomas Barnehows. To hold to the said William and Peter, their heirs and assigns for ever, to the use of William Barnehous, son of the said Thomas, and for fulfilling his will,
