Robert Metherhill, John Holeway and John Rowe to give seisin to John Barnehouse of messuages, lands, etc. in Sperkewill, Kynston, Beare, [all in Staverton], Hempston Cantelowe, Kyngisbrygge, Doddebroke, Plymmouth, Alyngton, Alwyngton, and Newton Abbot, which said Roger Keys [etc.], together with Richard Daber and John Almyscomb now dec'd, had of the gift of the said John Barnehouse.

Witnesses: William Fouhell, Walter Copleston', William Rowe, John More, John Eston the younger, John Cosyn, John Underdon'.

Fastened to the bottom of document is a narrow piece of paper: "Thys letter of atornay be deleveryd to Jon Bern[e?]hous and John hys [ayr?] and after desesse of the sayde John and John let hyt be deleveryd to Thomas [Bernehous]".
