3 acres of wood in Sperkewyll', lying between the wood of John Wydeslade the younger on the north, and the wood of the aforesaid John Bernehows on the south, and the land of the same John Bernehows on the west, and the water called Hemse running from Portbrygge to Bowebrygge on the east, and common of pasture in Sperkewyll with all kinds of cattle at all times of the year; which lately belonged to Henry Sprynge. To hold to the said John and his heirs for ever, of the chief lord of the fee.
