All those messuages, lands and tenements in Sperkewyll and Kynston which said John Michel, together with Thomas Norys now dec'd, lately had of the gift of Henry Spryng'. To hold for the terms of their lives, and after their deaths the said lands to go to John Moreshed, clerk, vicar of the parish church of Hempston' Cantulow, his heirs and assigns for ever; to hold of the chief lords of the fee.
