Messuages, lands and tenements in Hemston Cantulow; these premises were given by John Bowedon and Richard Abraham, by a charter dated at Hemston, 8 March, 1454, to John Bernhous (by whose gift they had had them) and the legitimate heirs of his body; and for lack of such heirs with remainder to William Dunham and Thomas Keys, their heirs and assigns for ever.
