Meadow called Brodemede, in Kyneston in the fee of Sparkewille. To hold for ever, of the chief lords of the fee, to the said John Bernhous and Agnes, and the legitimate heirs of their bodies; and failing them to the right heirs of the said John Bernhous.

 

Clause of warranty.

 

Witnesses: John de Kilbury, John atte Forde, David de Reigny, Roger Pat', William de Kyneston, John de Blakalre, John Bokyete.

 

Date: Kyneston, Monday next after the feast of St. Luke the Evangelist, 14 Edward III, the 1st year of his reign over France.
