Messuage and lands called Langely, a messuage and 8 acres of arable or pasture, and a parcel of land containing 2 acres, all in Cadeleigh, and all lands of (1) in Cruwys Morchard, Thorverton, and Sandford.

 

Recites that the feofment shall be void if within 5 years (1) shall acqui

 

(2) of (2)'s obligations under a bond, dated 25 June, 1640, by which (1) and (2) are jointly bound in £600 to Thomas Edgar of Grays Inn, London.
