(2) John Hammond of East Down, and William Thorne of Marwood, yeoman.

 

Tenement called Whiddon, and a plot of 2 acres on which a dwelling house has been built.

 

Consideration: intended marriage between (1) and Elizabeth Hammond.

 

Recites that the premises have been leased to (1) by John Henleigh of Clotterworthy, gent., for 99 years determinable on the death of Elizabeth Hammond, the lease to commence on the death of (1). The lease is assigned to (2), in trust for Elizabeth Hammond.
