In 1315 Stephen de Segrave granted a rent of 13s. 4d. from 3¼ a. of meadow there to another for life in exchange for lands in Thrussington (Leics.), and Stephen's inqusition of 1325 mentions the 3¼ a. of meadow. Kingston does not occur later in the muniments by name but may have passed as part of Thorpe-in-the-Glebe (Notts.). See above, BCM/D/5/47/1 [GC 2055], and below, Thorpe-in-the-Glebe, BCM/D/5/70.
