Kegworth was a member of Diseworth, where the rents were paid by 1325. Early acquisitions by Stephen de Segrave from Ranulph earl of Chester were confirmed by Henry III in 1233. John and Christine de Segrave were acquiring land in Kegworth and Diseworth in 1322 (BCM/D/5/23/31), and the advowson was included in the settlement of 1343-4: above, BCM/D/5/1/15 [GC 3086].
