By Peter de Rithra, rector of the church of Kirkebimisperton to William de Stopham of the reversion of all the property he holds by feoffment from John de Roos and by a quitclaim from the said William at Flaxton, Plumpton and Azerlowe, he and his legitimate heirs to hold the same from the death of the said Peter

 

Witnesses: John de Dalton the elder lord of Kirkebymisperton, Sir John de Dalton his son, William de Touthorp, William Bernard, William Maners.

 

At Kirkebymisperton, Wednesday after St. Peter ad vincula 1349.

 

Seal on tag, round, red wax, very fine, perfect : A lozenge in a quatrefoil, quartered with 3 crescents in chief and with a difference in base, dexter 3 water-bougets and sinister chequy.

 

Legend: SIGILLU PETRI DE RITHRE.
