By William Midilton and William Vavasour, chaplain, to William Vavasour and John, the son of John Vavasour late of Weston, of property at Bayldon together with a rent of 3/10d on lands in Mensyngton (Menston) now in the tenure of John Rodes and Richard Pikerd and the reversion of a life interest in property at Casteley, Hobe, Askwyth and Letheley after the deaths of William, Henry and Thomas Vavasour, which the grantors have had of Henry Vavasour late of Hessilwode, William Bekwyth, John Holme and Sir James late vicar of Weston, deceased, by feoffment of the aforesaid John Vavasour late of Weston.
