By Robert Bonefaunte vicar of Ottelay, to Agnes, widow of John son of John Vavasour, of the manor of Neuton near Riplay, 5 messuages, 2 crofts, 8½ bovates, 1 acre and Northwodhouse, with property at Weston near Ottelay of which William Paytesyn holds a messuage and 2 bovates, William Jakson a messuage, 4 bovates and 1 acre, John Beteson a messuage and 1 bovate, Alexander de Weston and William Jackson 1½ bovates once held by Merbek and a messuage and croft once held by Beatrix Bildoghter, to be held by the said Agnes for her life as her dowry. The indentures sealed by the donor and William de Swale, present husband of Agnes.

 

At Weston, Saturday being Michaelmas 43 Edward III.
