Official fuhrerbucher issued to the Kronigs and Fux, containing testamonials written by climbers who had engaged them as guides. J.M. Kronig's book was issued in June 1896, so the first entries (pp.86-87, dated August 1894 and August 1895) have been copied into the book. Although the final entry is dated 1933, there are visa stamps for 1934, 1936-8. The final entry in H. Kronig's book is dated 1935, although there are visa stamps for 1936-7. Fux's book was issued in June 1934. Entries for the years 1929-1933 (pp.35-45) have been pasted in from an earlier blank notebook. Dates: J.M.
