Lease for 1000 years by way of mortgage between Thomas Marshall of the Borough of Stratford-upon-Avon, maltster, and John Court of the same, yeoman, of a tenement on the north side of Wood Street, adjacent to a tenement in the possession of Grace Stockfield on the east and a tenement in the possession of Mrs. Payton on the west and was formerly purchased by the said Thomas Marshall of Joseph Chambers and Sarah his wife.
